Refund Policy

Last updated: 25 August 2026

1. The short version

You can have your money back on any purchase within 14 days, for any reason or for no reason at all. There are no exceptions, and you do not have to explain yourself.

2. What is covered

Every purchase we sell:

The 14 days run from the date of the payment. A subscription renewal has its own window: each payment is refundable for 14 days from the day it was taken, not only the first one.

Having used what you paid for makes no difference. If you supported PartyDub, scanned clips, exported packs and then changed your mind on the thirteenth day, you get your money back.

3. How to ask

Either of these works, and neither needs a reason:

4. How long it takes

Paddle returns an approved refund to the payment method it was taken from. Card issuers and banks usually take a few business days after that before it appears on a statement, which is outside anybody's control here.

5. Cancelling is not the same as a refund

Cancelling stops the next payment. A refund returns money already taken. They are separate things: cancelling on its own does not refund a payment already made, and a refund does not by itself cancel a subscription. Ask for both if you want both — or cancel from your account page and write to us about the refund.

6. Outside the 14 days

You can cancel at any time, so a subscription never has to run longer than you want it to. And if something has actually gone wrong — a double charge, a payment you do not recognise, a feature that did not work — write to us whatever the date. Those get sorted out on their merits rather than on a calendar.

7. Your statutory rights

Nothing on this page removes rights you have under the law where you live, including any statutory right of withdrawal or cancellation. Where local law gives you longer or more than this policy does, the law applies.
